Carrriage Charges
Carriage cost will be advised at the time of ordering.
We offer a next day delivery on stock items, with prices from £10
for most of the mainland UK. Export orders will be priced on an
individual basis only.
And carriage breakages must be reported on taking
delivery, if the item is visibly damaged on delivery please remember
to state "damaged" when signing the courier slip. Signing
for it in good condition will affect the success of any claim against
the courier company and could affect your replacement or refund.
Delivery Times
Most of our styling products eg. bodykits are made
to order. At the point of sale, payment is normally required in
full. When ordering your items you will be advised of our estimated
delivery time. Delivery time can vary depending on what product
you have chosen and be anywhere between next day or up to eight
weeks.
Finance Options
Building your dream car has now become more affordable
as we can now offer finance to modify your Peugeot sooner than the
piggy bank can allow. Why hold back? Ecosse are licensed credit
brokers. Writen details available on request.

Ordering by Post
You are welcome to send a Cheque or postal orders
to ecosse but we would advise you write a note of the product required
and state the exact model type you have.
Please be aware that you are including relevant
carriage costs and VAT where applicable. Cheques must be made to
"ecosse" and normally take three working days to clear.
The goods will not be dispatched until the funds are cleared. Here

Warranties/Returns
In the unlikley event of you experiencing any fault
with your product please contact the office to let us know what
the problem is and we will endeavour to help, regards the fault/return.
If the product is faulty please return it to us with the original
reciept and a concise explanation of the problem and the action
you wish us to take ie exchange or refund. Any mechanical parts
would be tested by the manufacturer supplied for their report. Exchange
or refund will then be subject to their findings.
Due to the bespoke nature of our business specially
designed and manufactured goods must carry a 25% handling charge.
- This is non-returnable in the event of cancellation
of the order.
- Items (and their packaging) are received in reasonable
condition
- Items are returned with a copy of your origanal
invoice, reason of return and the action you require us to take
- Items are returned to us within 14 days
- Carriage costs incurred will be reimburst
depending on reason of return
